- Manage day to day treasury operations for Chicago based global treasury function
- Manage US and Canada bank accounts, cash management and short term investments
- Coordinate Latin America treasury management activities
- Manage global intercompany funding
- Lead treasury systems projects
- Administer global insurance program
- Support development of global treasury reporting metrics and processes
- Act as security administrator and payment authorizer on global banking portals
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Lead special projects and drive continuous process improvement
Job Requirements/ Specifications:
- 8-12 years experience in Treasury.
- International experience required. Supervisory experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics and ideally a professional treasury qualification (CTP, CertITM, etc.)
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
- Strong technical orientation – Previous experience with implementation and use of treasury systems is required. Previous financial systems integration experience a plus.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail able to work in a fast-paced, startup type environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
